Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original packaging to our warehouse with proof of purchase within 14 days.

  • All items returned must be unused.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Contact our Customer Service Department by email (info@restaurantapproved.ca) or phone (905-629-0745) to get a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number.
  • Be sure to write the MRA number clearly on all packages being returned
  • All returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
  • Final Clearance Items are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS

Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier.

Report all damaged shipments within 24 hours of receipt to: info@restaurantapproved.ca.

Please attach photos of damage, note state of the box, and add any additional information in your email.
